Ford Bostwick is a New York City-based designer and producer working across furniture, architecture, and art. Through rigorous engineering and a spare use of material and production techniques, he creates minimal, carefully considered designs and realizes complex projects at a range of scales.
Bostwick has worked extensively in fabrication and project management, collaborating with a range of artists and architects. His practice moves fluidly between objects and space, applying the same principles of material, structure, and proportion.
He is available for custom furniture, spatial installations, and architectural projects, and welcomes exciting commissions.
Bostwick holds a dual degree in Architecture and Sculpture from Syracuse University. He is the recipient of the ICFF Studio Award (2022) and the Domino Good Design Award (2025), and has been featured in Interior Design, Sight Unseen, Wallpaper*, and The Local Project.
